PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING GDPR
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 679/2016, known as the General Personal Data Protection Regulations, concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, TUDOR BANUS is obliged to process the personal data provided by you, only with compliance with security measures and for communicated purposes.

The personal data you send us when completing the contact forms or by e-mail is treated strictly confidentially. You are not required to transmit personal data, but data voluntarily transmitted by you will be used solely for the purpose of processing your request. Under Regulation (EU) 679/2016, known as the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection, you have the right of access, data interference and the right not to be subjected to an individual decision. At the same time, you have the right to oppose the processing of your personal data and to request the deletion of the data. You also have the right to appeal to the courts.

Tudor Banus, use your personal data only for the invoice and communicate it to the courier company. We do not process your personal data for other purposes.
According to European Regulation 679/2016 on the protection of personal data, as a natural person you have the following rights:

- information and access to personal data
You have the right to obtain from us a confirmation that personal data concerning you are not processed.

- restrict the processing of personal data
There may be situations where you want to restrict the processing of certain data only for a certain amount of time. For example, you do not want to receive commercial messages from some of our interest categories for a month. You can, at any time, send an e-mail request or make changes to your account. When you want to undo the processing restriction you can do it by one of the methods used to restrict it.

- opposition to processing of personal data
It is possible that at some point you want us not to process some personal data anymore without deleting it from our database. You can exercise this right at any time.

- rectification of personal data
Whenever you change your personal information (for example, change your email address), you can update your information in our database by accessing your online account or by e-mail request.
- deleting personal data
If, for various reasons, you want to delete your personal data from our database, you may make a request to that effect via email or user account.
Please note that if your personal data is processed to comply with a legal obligation, the request to delete such data may be denied, in which case only those data that we can not process without your consent will be deleted.
